Description: YMPC is a biblically based, evangelical, and reformed congregation of the conservative Presbyterian Church in America. The Worship Director will be a member of the worship team with pastors and offer leadership and support in preparing for all worship services; coordinate with pastors the order of worship – hymns, anthems, responses, call to worship, special music; recruit, train, and rehearse choirs and other music groups; train or disciple future music leadership; develop special musical events with other ministries of the church; manage the music related resources of the church including audio recordings of all services and for rehearsal purposes.
