Young Meadows Children's Ministry partners with parents to disciple children to recognize their need for Christ, grow in their love for Christ, and flourish in their walk with Christ.
Children's Ministry
Welcome to Young Meadows Children's Ministry! We hope that you'll take a minute to look around and familiarize yourself with our ministry and how we desire to love and point our children to Jesus. As our Children's Ministry Mission states: We desire for children to be integrated into the Young Meadow’s covenant community through a personal relationship with Jesus through partnership with parents and the church to create an atmosphere of: winsome gospel fluency, deep one-another friendship, physical and emotional safety, a sensitivity to diverse needs, and humble confidence in truth.

Our theology is best summed up in reformed covenant theology.
As an overflow from these foundational beliefs, we believe the following about our children:
- Children are a gift from the Lord. (Psalm 127:3)
- Children are made in God’s image/image bearers. (Genesis 1:27)
- Children are sinners, unable to save themselves, and need Jesus. (Romans 3:23-24)
- Children can learn and must be taught Biblical Truth (Deuteronomy 6:7)
- Children are valuable members of the body of Christ. (Acts 2:39)
- Children should be primarily trained and discipled by their parents. (Ephesians 6:4)
- Children are part of the covenant community and the Church comes alongside to support and equip parents. (Genesis 17:7)
- Children should be a part of corporate worship. (Mark 10:14-16; Hebrews 10:24-25)
