Young Meadows Leader Training is a pathway of equipping our members for leadership and service in and outside of the church. It is open to any members, men and women, but required for elder and deacon officer nominees.

Sunday School Format
Leader Module 1 - Grand Narrative - Fall Semester Sunday School - Grand Narrative is a way to approach the Bible as one, cohesive story of redemption from Genesis to Revelation tracing redemptive threads.
Leader Module 2 - Gospel Sanctification - Spring Semester Sunday School - Gospel Sanctification covers practical methods of change using the books Real Change and Emotionally Healthy Discipleship.
Saturday Mornings First Saturday of each month
Leader Module 3 -Reformed Theology - 8 AM - Main Teaching
Leader Module 4 - PCA / Officer Training - 9 AM - Small Group Discussion
Leader Module 5 - Teaching Lab - 9:45 AM - Teaching Tool and 10 AM - Individuals teach a 20 minute lesson with a 10 minute evaluation from the group
