Events need to first be run through Adam (acoppock@ympca.org) and put on the Google Calendar through Pat Ward (pward@ympca.org).
This allows us to make sure we are aligning with our Mission and Vision in planning, not overlapping building use with one another or outside ministries/groups, and not over scheduling our church people as a whole.
